People say that I have a killer smile. I decided to find different pictures of myself smiling and made a photomontage. I used 6 photos that I cropped and layered. I used Photoshop CS3 filters. I was almost tempted to use other filters like Eye Candy. When I'm working on Photoshop I have so much fun that I forget that this is
a school project.
The filters I used are as follow:
Under Artistic filters I used water color, Poster edges and sponge. I used these filters on different photos not all at once.
Under Render filters I used Lens Flare 35mm on one photo. Then under the same I used lighting effects RGB spot light.
Under tools I used the burn tool, dodge tool and the blur tool.
On some of my pictures I left the background but in others the layers looked pretty good behind it that I left it behind the pictures.
I love the play with color and distortion! It has a throwback to Andy Warhol. Great artistic edge and unique use of tools!
ReplyDeleteThis piece shows that you had a lot of fun with this! The colors are amazing and the light gleaming from the center show that you really mastered this program. This piece inspires me to find the different ways to put my ideas to image. Excellent work!
